Join Clark Schaefer Hackett to hear a report from the leading funding research organization for not-for-profits.

Presenting results of the Annual Report on Philanthropy for the year 2009 will be Melissa S. Brown, managing editor of Giving USA. Ms. Brown will address national data and trends in charitable giving by individuals, foundations and corporations. Ms. Brown will be joined by a panel of local not-for-profit executives.


Joining her to add a local perspective will be the following panel of area not-for-profit executives to address how their respective sectors fared in 2009 and what they are witnessing in 2010:

- Vern Snyder, University of Toledo
- Aly Sterling, Aly Sterling Philanthropy
- Keith Burwell, Toledo Community Foundation

Trustees, philanthropists, financial advisers, giving officers, volunteer nonprofit leaders, executive directors, and fundraising professionals will find this Giving USA briefing helpful in benchmarking fundraising expectations against long-term national trends.

The Moderator for the event is Michelle Cramer, President & CEO of Cramer & Associates, a full service, fundraising consulting firm headquartered in Dublin, Ohio. Ms. Cramer is a respected industry leader with more than two decades of fund raising experience.
